Linguine with Clam in Cream Sauce

Ingredients_
Clam 4 pcs
Garlic (sliced) 2 cloves
Shallot (sliced) 2 cloves
White Wine little
Cream little
Olive Oil little
Linguine 60 g
Cherry Tomato 3 pcs
Grated Cheese little
 
Direction_
  • Clean and wash the clams thoroughly.
  • Add salt in boiling water and boil linguine for about 8 minutes. Dish up and drain well.
  • Stir-fry garlic and shallot with olive oil, then add clams and stir again.
  • Pour white wine and linguine into the pan and stir gently for 3 minutes. Stir again with cream and little cheese to serving plate.
