Braised Risotto In Black Ink Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese
1 slice
Black Truffle Sauce
1 table spoon
Direction_
- Preheat a skillet.
- Drizzle the bread with extra virgin olive oil and begin toasting on the skillet over medium heat (gently turn to low heat if it's burning).
- Flip over the bread to toast as well.
- When both sides are almost ready, turn the heat off. Then add in cheese and truffle sauce and assemble the sandwich on the skillet.
- Half cover with a lid and let the cheese further melt for roughly a minute.
